Any person found to be in possession of a firearm, regardless of past criminal record or legal documentation to carry, while not possessing a license to possess said firearm.
Any person found to be in possession of a firearm while under the age of 21. No person under 21 years of age shall be issued a license.
Law enforcement officers are exempt from this code.
