[1] 15 - Failure to Obey Signage

When on public property or an implicitly public area, persons must obey posted regulatory signs and signals.

Example: A "No Skateboarding" sign on a pier.

Infraction Fine: If a penalty is listed on the signage, that penalty shall be assigned, else a fine of $100 shall be assessed.

In the event of a person failing to obey posted signage on private property, they are not subject to penalty, but it may be used as justification for trespassing them (despite no reason being needed).
